Bug: Cannot apply reward points. Shipping costs not estimated at cart page.

Dear Visitor,

We are currently very busy with optimizing our webshop since our latest big update last Tuesday.

Unfortunately, we have some problems, which we are trying to solve as soon as possible.

Currently you cannot apply your reward points.
If you try to apply this at the cart or checkout page, nothing happens.
We are aware of this issue and we are searching for a solution.

Reward points are still added to your account correctly with each order.
So you can now place your order and save extra points and with a future order, you have more points to apply.

Also the shipping costs calculation function at the checkout page isn't active.
You can check your shipping costs at the checkout page (after you are logged in).

If you find any other problems with our webshop, please let us know.
