HighFlow on Holiday: 10 November - 24 November 2017

Dear Customer,

After extremely busy but successful years, our employees have earned relaxation for a few weeks.
Therefore, the HighFlow team is going on holiday for two weeks to catch our breaths.

As of Friday November 10 2017 until Friday November 24 2017 limited parcels are received/sent and our customer service has limited availability.

As a regular customer, you are of course accustomed to our usual 24-hour delivery.
In order not to bring you into trouble, we ask you if you need anything, to place your order in time.
So we can process your order before our holiday, so please place your order before Wednesday 8 November 2017. 

Do you have an order with the status "backordered"?
Send us an email, we will pre-ship the products that are already in stock (if you wish).

Do you have a Ledger Nano S in backorder?
We understand the urgency of storing your coins safely, therefore we have a plan ready for the shipment of your Ledger during our holiday.
As soon as we get the Ledgers in stock, your order will be processed and shipped and you will be notified by e-mail.

All orders and e-mails that are received during our holiday, will be processed occasionally, but defenitely in the week of 27 november 2017.

As of Monday November 27 2017, we are ready for you again!
