With our practical Bender Hard Tube Bending by Rodriguez bending template, large parts of the tubing - the tubing - of a water cooling system can be made from one cast and without the use of many connections, angles, T-pieces and other adapters.

The fixed, often colorful tubes can be tailored to the required length by the user and can also be bent appropriately with the help of a heat source.

If a hot air gun is used and the tube is heated for several minutes, the material becomes so soft that it can easily be bent into the desired radius and held down until the acrylic has cooled down and the bent tube is hardened.

To make this process as accurate as possible, we have lasered this bending template from a 10 millimeter thick acrylic, which allows the tubes to be bent particularly precisely and, above all, easily into the desired angle. The tube can be bent either at a 90 ° angle with a radius of 13 or 26 millimeters, a 45 ° angle with a radius of 52 millimeters, or a 135 ° angle with a radius of 13 millimeters.

The Bender Hard Tube Bending by Rodriguez bending template also has four smaller bores, allowing it to be easily screwed onto a substrate. This allows the acrylic tubes to have a particularly stable hold, which makes bending even easier.
